The apartment is available to the customer from 2 pm on the day of arrival. The reserved apartment is considered reserved until 6 pm on the day of arrival, unless a later arrival time has been agreed with the customer.

The apartment must be vacated no later than 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon when booking.

Children under 15 years of age stay at Mantan Majatalo with adults for half price. Children under 4 years of age stay at Mantan Majatalo with an adult for free, if they sleep in the same bed as the adult, without separate linen. For small children, travel cots with linen are available if needed, the price is 20 €/stay. When traveling with a family, ask for a complete offer for accommodation.

Pets are allowed in some of our accommodation apartments. Pets must always be notified in advance when making a reservation. The pet fee is €15/stay/animal.

Breakfast can be included in the accommodation. For individual guests and small groups, we provide a generous breakfast basket, which we deliver to the accommodation apartment to wait for you. All of our apartments have well-equipped kitchens and you can enjoy the delicious breakfast basket at your own leisure according to your own schedule. For larger groups, breakfast can also be served as a buffet in the Lanssi Hall of Mantan Guesthouse. The price of breakfast is €12/person/morning.

Mantan Majatalo's traditional courtyard sauna offers relaxing sauna sessions to all who wish, taking into account other booking conditions. The sauna is heated to bathing condition by our staff upon request. The minimum charge for heating is €40. If there are more than 4 people using the sauna, the sauna fee is €8/person. Group sauna use according to offers.

Our customers have access to a fiber optic WiFi network called Mantan Majatalo guest. WiFi also works in the apartments.
