Our menu prices include the use of our facilities for one hour for coffee breaks and two hours for meals. Longer stays are always agreed on a case-by-case basis.
The price mentioned in the menu is valid when the group has a minimum of 20 people, unless otherwise stated in the menu. The menu can also be implemented for smaller groups. In this case, a small group supplement of €5.00/person is added to the price and a venue rental fee of €50.00/hour is charged.
The group size that affects the price per person for the service is considered to be adults and people over 12 years of age. Children under 12 years of age -50% of the adult price and children under 4 years of age can join the group for free.
Charging takes place after the event takes place. Charging takes place according to the number of people confirmed 7 days before the event. If there are more diners than the confirmed number of people, billing will be done according to the actual group size. Our service can be paid for by card or cash. Invoicing is also possible, but it must be agreed in advance when confirming the order.
Special diets must be reported when confirming the number of people, at least 7 days before the event. We automatically take lactose-free diets into account.
We always carry out party and catering events based on offers, this way we can take the customer's wishes into account as much as possible when planning the event. When sending a request for a quote, it is worth answering the following questions, as this information greatly facilitates making an offer:
- Menu request, possible wishes about what you want on the list and possible dislikes that should not be on the list under any circumstances. You can use the menus on our website as a basis for your wishes.
- Group size, how many adults and how many children are in the group. What age children will be attending the event?
- Do we want a festive tablecloth and table setting for the event?
- Do we want separate floral decorations for the event?
- How long do you want to use the party room?
- What is the start time of the event?
- Are there any other special wishes and/or needs for the event?
