Getting to know Möhkö and Petkeljärvi - by boat and bike

In summer 2026, we offer the Get to know Möhkö and Petkeljärvi - by boat and by bike tour, which combines two great activities. You can travel from Möhkö to Petkeljärvi by shuttle boat, enjoy the beautiful ridge landscapes of Petkeljärvi National Park at your own pace, and stop in peace for coffee or lunch at the Petkeljärvi Center restaurant. The return trip to Möhkö can be done by cycling according to your own schedule along the Rajan polku route. The Manta Nature Services team will have the bikes ready to wait for you at Petkeljärvi. Everything is easy and hassle-free, you can enjoy the beauty of nature and the unhurried atmosphere yourself.

You don't need a large group with you, but you can sign up for our trips on your own, with your family or friends.

Riverboat schedule: Departure from Möhkö at 10 am. Arrival at Petkeljärvi at 11:30 am. Departure from Petkeljärvi at 1:30 pm. Arrival at Möhkö at 3:00 pm.

The above schedule should be taken into account when planning your own trip schedule, as the riverboat portion of this trip will take place accordingly.

Price: €55/person. The price includes one-way riverboat transportation, bike rental, necessary bike transportation and a route map for cycling.

Duration of the tour: Riverboat section 1.5 hours, stay at Petkeljärvi according to your own schedule, as well as the return cycling to Möhkö.

Participants will receive life jackets, raincoats and a seat pad for the riverboat section. In addition to the bike, cycling equipment includes a cycling helmet and bike maintenance tools. A route map will be provided for the cycling section.

In addition to the regular riverboat days, the tour can be arranged for groups by request according to a separate offer.
