The sound of the singing bowls continues the relaxation, quiets the mind and invites you to a peaceful, restorative state.

During the treatment, the client lies on his back on the treatment table. The relaxing effect of the treatment can be enhanced with heat packs. During the treatment, the client is otherwise dressed, but their legs are bare up to the knees. This is a good idea to consider when choosing pants. Otherwise, it is a good idea to wear flexible, comfortable clothes that you feel good and comfortable in.

If you are particularly sensitive to scents, please bring this up when booking your appointment, and note that essential oils have not been used in the space just before your massage.
