On the Roads of Our Wars - Military History Tour

Take a walk along the roads of our wars and explore some of the sites related to the military history of the Ilomantsi region. During the tour, you will visit the village of Möhkö, the Möhkö in War exhibition, the Öykkösenvaara Continuation War battlefield, the Oinassalmi and Taivallammi memorials, and the Border General's House in Parppeinvaara, where you will explore the Border, Raappana and Rukajärvi exhibition. A guide specializing in military history will accompany the group on the bus. Some of the sites also have separate site guides.

The destinations visited during the tour are part of the Ilomantsi Military Road.

General information about the tour: The starting and ending points of the tour are planned and scheduled individually for each group. This is a custom tour that is carried out at a time according to the customer's wishes, taking into account other booking situations for the services.

For whom: Groups. Minimum group size 16 people.

Duration: 7 hours. Transfers by the group's own bus.

Availability: The tour is available by reservation from 1.6.-31.8.2025.

Tour price: 85.00 €/ person. Minimum group size 16 people.  Includes program entrance fees and guide fees, lunch, afternoon coffee, guide services and VAT 0-25.5%.
